Comprehensive personnel management and resource optimization. **MARSACOT PACHUCA INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS TEAM AS SANITARY LANDFILL SUPERVISOR.** **Objective:** Plan, direct, and control the overall operation of the sanitary landfill, ensuring proper final disposal of urban solid waste, compliance with current environmental regulations, and operational efficiency, while optimizing resources and ensuring service continuity. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Sanitary Landfill Operation** \* Supervise daily operations: waste reception, compaction, cover application, and disposal. \* Ensure proper handling of leachate, biogas, and environmental control. \* Guarantee optimal utilization of the site's useful life. \* Coordinate the use and maintenance of heavy machinery (compactors, bulldozers, etc.). **Operational Planning and Control** \* Design operational, expansion, and new cell opening plans for the sanitary landfill. \* Prepare periodic operational, cost, and incident reports. \* Manage budgets and optimize resources. **Personnel Management** \* Lead, train, and supervise operational staff. **Regulatory and Environmental Compliance** \* Ensure compliance with applicable environmental NOMs and regulations. \* Coordinate environmental audits and authority inspections. \* Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory reports. \* Prevent risks to health and the environment. **Continuous Improvement and Strategy** \* Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. \* Identify operational risks and propose solutions. \* Participate in innovation and sustainability projects. \* Align operations with the company's strategic objectives. **Position Profile** ***Education*** \* Environmental, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field (mandatory) \* Preferred: specialization in waste management or environmental management Experience \* 1–3 years in sanitary landfill operations or waste management \* Experience managing operational personnel \* Experience with heavy machinery and final disposal processes Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,990.00 – $6,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
