Position Summary: Efficiently coordinate and supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, physical counts, picking, and route loading, while leading unionized personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to apply leadership and teamwork **Warehouse Supervisor** Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree and/or engineering degree (degree certificate and professional license). * Minimum 2 years of experience in companies similar to this industry. * Experience managing unionized personnel. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Proficiency in SAP/Packaging Office. Responsibilities: * Receive products from the plant. * Perform warehouse operations. * Conduct physical counts in the warehouse and on routes. * Coordinate the picking process. * Coordinate route loading. * Attend to delivery routes. * Coordinate container classification. * Inventory management. * Shrinkage control.
