We are looking for dynamic and responsible individuals to become Collections Managers at our branches in Puerto Escondido and Nopala. Education: Completed high school/preparatory level or vocational education: No prior experience required (we provide training). Completed secondary school: Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience as a Collections or Credit Manager required. Technical Skills: Computer proficiency and Excel/database knowledge (minimum 1 year experience). Mobility: Motorcycle driving mandatory (valid Class B driver’s license required; if you do not yet have one or it has expired, you will be granted a 15-day grace period after hire to obtain or renew it). Health Status: Excellent physical condition suitable for fieldwork. Location: Must reside within a 40-minute commute from the branch of interest (Puerto Escondido or Nopala). Employment Conditions: Work Model: 80% fieldwork / 20% office work. Schedule: Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. Saturdays: 09:00–14:00 hrs.
