Join this great family as: **RESTAURANT RUNNER** Job Objective: Responsible for keeping the service area always ready, clean, and well-organized. Stock corner refrigerators and replenish consumables (plates, glasses, disposables, etc.). Maintain corners with clean, stocked china and glassware, and set up bars. Main Job Responsibilities: 1. Support corners across all areas; keep the area clean and uncluttered; assist servers during rush hours by delivering dishes (runners); support the dishwashing area, sink cleaning, and machine cleaning. 2. Manage stock levels in corner refrigerators, ensuring products remain cold; organize the soft drink storage room and consumables storage room. 3. Monitor cleanliness and proper arrangement of all customer-facing areas—including tables, chairs, bars, and terraces—ensuring they are always clean and properly aligned. 4. Deliver dishes to assigned tables within a station; monitor delivery timing to prevent delays and ensure food quality (runner function). 5. Practice teamwork, support various areas (floor staff, dishwashers) and corners, and provide feedback to shift supervisors regarding equipment operation.
