Join this great family as: **IMAGE ADVISOR** Position Objective: Plan, coordinate, and implement the correct application of marketing displays, merchandise rotation, graphic communication, and promotion quality standards in the store. Main Responsibilities: 1. Lead / Coordinate teams. 2. Negotiate and communicate strategies, information analysis, and action plans. 3. Work collaboratively as a partner with the Visual Presentation Department Head. 4. Train, organize, and mentor newly hired staff from Visual Presentation and Sales Floor teams. 5. Possess expertise enabling oversight of both Soft Line and Hard Line departments. 6. Understand and master general and operational activities associated with the Image Advisor position. 7. Interact and collaborate on specific operational activities with other departments (teamwork). Benefits: Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. Schedule: Rotating shift Rotating days off Fixed salary Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or Architecture Requirements: MANDATORY 2–3 years of experience: - Knowledge to execute and coordinate implementation processes of marketing guidelines, and execution and setup of in-store displays in department stores, boutiques, or brands. DESIRABLE 1–2 years of experience: - Knowledge of fashion and trends.
