Job Summary: RECUBRE is seeking a Warehouse Manager for CEDIS CANCUN to maintain inventory in optimal condition, coordinate receiving and delivery scheduling, and manage warehouse and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages resources, inventory, and operations of a Distribution Center. 2. Ensures proper handling of products and on-time delivery fulfillment. 3. We are currently seeking a “**WAREHOUSE MANAGER for CEDIS CANCUN**” *WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY* *\=OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER MUST MAINTAIN MATERIAL INVENTORY IN OPTIMAL, HEALTHY, AND UP-TO-DATE CONDITION; COORDINATE RECEIVING OF GOODS; AND PLAN ALL DELIVERY ROUTES FOR SUCH GOODS; MANAGE, CONTROL, AND OPERATE BOTH THE WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING TO END CUSTOMERS\=* **REQUIREMENTS:** \*Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in LOGISTICS AND/OR TRANSPORTATION, ADMINISTRATION, OR A RELATED FIELD \***PROVEN EXPERIENCE in WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING MANAGEMENT (including: CEDIS AND WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS, TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION, DISTRIBUTION AND LOGISTICS, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT)** \*COMPETENCIES \= Responsible individual, process-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service \*Proficiency in ERP systems and other technological tools is essential **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** **\-** Manage assigned physical, material, and human resources and ensure proper operation of the Distribution Center. \- Receive all products sent by suppliers or inter-warehouse transfers timely and accurately, and record them in the system. \- Place materials in their correct warehouse locations, ensure proper product handling and manipulation, and verify that physical stock matches system records. \- Conduct ongoing cycle counts, manage and justify necessary inventory adjustments. \- Accurately pick products for customer orders and ensure their timely transfer to the shipping area and to customers. \- Verify and validate quantities of products and items against picking lists and corresponding shipping documents for each order. \- Develop delivery route plans for order fulfillment. \- Generate picking lists, shipping documents, and receiving documents. \- Organize and determine loading sequence and order for transport units according to the customer order delivery plan. \- Ensure customer order deliveries are completed within established timeframes. \- Manage product returns from customers and oversee their receipt into the CEDIS. \- Assign transportation units for loading and delivery of customer orders. \- Ensure products are correctly loaded into transport units to safeguard their physical integrity. \- Ensure availability of transportation units as required for order deliveries. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** **MONTHLY SALARY: $18,000** gross \=Biweekly payroll deposit via BANAMEX\= Statutory Benefits **GROCERY VOUCHERS: 15% MONTHLY** (capped per law) **SAVINGS FUND: 10% MONTHLY** (capped per law) Actual IMSS contributions **Send us your CV or job application and join this outstanding team!** **We want to meet you!** Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $18,001\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Briefly describe the duration and nature of your experience as a Warehouse Manager!
