SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary: Provides operational support on the store floor by executing sales processes, merchandise stocking, and customer service to achieve operational and commercial performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Merchandise stocking and planogram execution 2. Customer service and resolution of inquiries 3. Cashier transactions and return processing Provide operational floor support in-store by executing applicable operational processes related to sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet assigned store’s operational and commercial performance metrics. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in delivery trucks, adhering to applicable stocking guidelines. * Execute accurate planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper facing and labeling to categorize merchandise and participate in opening/closing tasks, as well as sales floor cleaning activities, to ensure correct merchandise presentation and overall store appearance. * Provide customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, functionality, and pricing to deliver excellent service reflected in front-counter sales closures; handle customer phone calls to resolve inquiries about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cashier transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with AutoZone’s point-of-sale payment policies to ensure effective transaction execution and sales closure. * High school diploma completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
