Prior experience in personnel administration. Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation. Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities. Willingness to travel across the country (travel expenses covered). Flexible working hours. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency · Job Responsibilities · Coordinate and supervise Human Resources department activities. Administer and maintain the company’s personnel database up to date. Guarantee compliance with internal HR policies and procedures. Incident management, payroll processing, and resolution of employee payroll-related inquiries. Personnel file compilation. Labor relations (employee terminations, transfers, and onboarding).
