Dynamic and collaborative work environment Construction Site Resident – Installation of Prefabricated Concrete and Fiberglass Components Location: Puerto Morelos / Riviera Maya Employment Type: Full-Time / Specific Project Job Description: We are seeking a Construction Site Resident with experience in the installation of prefabricated concrete and fiberglass components. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Responsibilities: • Supervise the correct installation of prefabricated concrete and fiberglass components. • Coordinate and manage the assigned work team, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. • Conduct quality control checks on installation procedures and materials used. • Manage communication with the warehouse to ensure availability of required materials and resources. • Prepare construction progress reports and report to the project director. • Ensure compliance with site safety regulations. • Resolve technical and logistical issues arising during project execution. • Generate estimates, delivery certificates, and project closure documentation. Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision. • Knowledge of applicable construction and safety regulations. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent organizational and team management skills. • Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed. • Proficiency in computer tools and project management software.
