Cost Engineer, Budgeting and Construction Control

At EOSOL, we are seeking a **Cost and Construction Control Engineer** to strengthen the economic and production control of our international projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring economic and production control of one or more installation projects, guaranteeing cost and margin control, progress monitoring, accurate and timely certification, change and claim control, as well as reliable reporting for the Site Manager/Project Manager and Management. **Requirements:** Engineering or related technical degree. Experience in economic, cost, or production control of construction projects. Experience in budgetary control and financial analysis of projects. Advanced English (C1 mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Economic/financial control and monitoring of construction projects. * Cost, margin, and budget deviation management. * Monitoring and validation of physical and economic progress of construction works. * Certification, invoicing, and cash collection flow control. * Change, variation, and claim administration. * Monitoring of procurement, subcontracting, and financial commitments. * Productivity analysis and labor force control. * Preparation of financial reports, cash flow statements, and risk analyses. * Participation in construction committees to support decision-making.
