Customer service orientation and discretion Operations Manager **Position Objective:** Ensure the motel operates correctly by delivering efficient, discreet, and high-quality service to guests, supervising staff, and complying with operational, administrative, and maintenance standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily motel operations (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance). * Coordinate and lead the workforce (roles, shifts, incidents). * Ensure service quality and response time. * Manage revenue, cash reconciliation, and administrative reporting. * Monitor room and common area conditions. * Resolve operational conflicts and guest-related situations. * Implement process improvements to optimize operations. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership (not merely administrative). * Problem-solving under pressure. * Organization and control. * Customer service orientation. * Discretion and handling of sensitive information. **Requirements** * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in similar roles (hospitality, motels, hostels, or businesses with continuous operations). * Age: 25–40 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, reporting, control systems). * Experience managing operational staff. * Flexible availability (including operational emergencies). **We Offer** * Salary: $20,000 MXN net per month * Statutory benefits (effective from day one) * Job stability * Continuous professional development **MESSAGE:** We seek a hands-on candidate with experience in daily operations (not just office-based supervision), accustomed to resolving on-site issues, managing operational staff, and ensuring smooth business functioning across all shifts. **Interested candidates must submit their CV with a recent photograph.** Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000.00 MXN per month Experience: * Operational area and personnel management: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
