A postgraduate degree in hotel management or administration is desirable. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in leadership roles within hotel or hospitality operations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Hotel operations management. * Quality standards and customer service. * Budget administration and cost control. * Hotel management systems (PMS, ERP). Skills and Competencies: * Leadership and team management. * Customer orientation and service mindset. * Analytical ability and decision-making. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Proficiency in English.
