We are currently seeking **a B Baker** at **TRS Yucatán**. **MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Produce according to daily service orders. * Bake and control cooling of various types of bread. * Ensure production complies with recipes and meets quality standards. * Apply specified presentation to rolls. * Apply “Distintivo H” standards during production preparation. * Rotate stock following the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system. * Prepare doughs and produce sweet and savory bread for consumption centers, banquets, and employee cafeterias. * Report equipment malfunctions or defects to immediate supervisor. * Maintain clean work facilities and equipment. * Organize and label products in the warehouse. * Participate in team meetings with kitchen staff. * Weigh, divide, and knead dough for bread production. * Plan menus according to service orders. * Fulfill orders from consumption centers on time and as required. * Provide food at locations in case of natural disasters. * Clean freezing and storage chambers. * Perform deep cleaning of warehouses. * Retrieve products from storage for production. * Supply bread to consumption centers. * Verify that work equipment is in perfect working condition. **In exchange for your commitment and motivation, we offer:** * Real development opportunities within an internationally expanding company. * An excellent work environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Continuous training and enriching learning experiences. **Requirements:** --------------- **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Secondary school or general high school diploma. * Technical degree in Food and Beverage or Gastronomy. * Course in industrial and artisanal baking. **Experience and Technical Knowledge:** * Experience in bakery operations within the hotel or international pastry sector. * Knowledge of hygienic food handling; techniques for producing sweet and savory bread; bakery and confectionery; varieties of white and decorative bread. * Familiarity with international standards (AAA, LHW) and official certifications (Distintivo H, Cristal); FEFO system. * Proficiency in operating ovens and industrial equipment.
