Advanced English Responsibilities: * Responsible for updating operational forms, Allergy Chart, Guest Satisfaction, Dish and Beverage Popularity, CC Statistics, Reservation Form, General Operational Checklist, Training Record, Guest Follow-up, Staff Commissions and Tips, Guest Breakages. * Responsible for controlling and managing daily reservations and event logistics for operations. * Updates informational bulletin boards for frontline staff with: Dates, Arrivals, Departures, Occupancy, Daily Specials, On-duty Manager, Cumulative Wine Sales Total, Daily Format, Allergies, Meeting Minutes, Commissions, Monthly Goals. * Prepares menus according to requests, specifications, and needs of groups and VIPs. * Conducts guest welcome procedures, ensuring adherence to the property’s established standards. * Responsible for guest distribution and management within the dining room according to the layout. * Ensures thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s gastronomy. * Manages and handles allergies and dietary preferences within the dining room. * Conducts guest farewell and expresses gratitude as guests depart the dining room. * Follows up on guest inquiries or requests from departments and cross-departments. * Prepares operational and preventive maintenance reports. * Guides the team toward the department’s monthly objectives.
