Description
Purpose
Coordinate the proper planning and construction of the assigned project, ensuring that project deliverables are met on time, within quality standards, and at agreed-upon costs, using Axioma’s project management methodology. Responsibilities
Efficiently manage available technological tools: CAPI, Construction Online, Procore, Primera Base, Teams.
Document client processes and decisions via emails, letters, and meeting minutes signed by the client.
Submit information for integration into weekly status reports and monthly reports, including progress indicators per contractor, photographic reports, construction progress versus schedule reports, and strategies to resolve identified issues.
Review, generate value-added information, and actively participate with the project manager in launching tenders related to their specialty, reviewing submitted information, conducting comparative analyses, and researching participating companies.
Attend client meetings punctually and respect scheduled meeting times.
Identify and leverage client needs to offer additional services.
Establish long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business.
Maintain a close and courteous relationship with the client and/or sponsor.
Identify and contribute value-added elements for the client.
Prepare high-quality progress reports for the client (weekly and monthly status reports).
Record, document, and follow up on client agreements and requests raised during meetings.
Achieve and document measurable value engineering outcomes.
Conduct detailed reviews of construction processes for each specialty required by the project, and propose value-driven solutions aimed at optimization and/or cost savings.
Flag yellow, orange, and red alerts regarding the information managed—for example: missing information needed to develop the schedule; errors identified during reviews; insufficient capacity of a supplier based on company visits or site inspections; shortages of materials on site.
Apply daily the methodology, templates, and actions defined in Axioma’s project management approach.
Ensure construction quality through daily oversight, enforcement of standards with contractors, and measurement of construction processes—requiring contractors to submit weekly reports, which must be delivered to the project manager.
Demonstrate flexibility to attend meetings and/or work on projects both within and outside their city when requested.
Ensure the daily construction process to guarantee work quality according to standards established in the Project Plan, specifications, and technical data sheets.
Pursue continuous self-development (at least one course or certification per quarter).
