Position Requirements **Age Range:** 20 \- 45 years **Gender:** No preference **Education:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Pedagogy, Child Psychology, or related field (completed or incomplete). **Skills:** * Advanced effective communication * Advanced active listening * Advanced customer orientation * Strong sense of responsibility * Empathy and patience * Ability to manage and control small groups * Capacity to respond promptly to unexpected situations * Organization and attention to detail **Experience:** * Prior experience in daycare centers, playrooms, childcare facilities, or child care. * Experience providing direct service to parents. * Basic knowledge of first aid (mandatory or willingness to become certified). Main Responsibilities * Supervise and care for children while their parents are at the gym. * Ensure the physical and emotional safety of minors. * Organize short, dynamic, and safe recreational activities. * Manage children’s entry and exit registration. * Maintain the area clean, orderly, and compliant with internal protocols. * Promptly inform parents of any incident or relevant situation. * Respect the maximum stay times established by the club.
