Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the supervision of daily on-site activities, coordinate personnel, prepare reports, and control materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Continuous training and accident insurance Main Responsibilities • Support in supervising daily on-site activities. • Coordination and direction of work crews and operational staff. • Preparation and follow-up of progress reports. • Control and recording of materials, tools, and equipment. • Support in coordinating contractors and suppliers. • Verification of compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. • Basic surveying and quantity take-offs. • Monitoring of construction schedules and document control. Requirements • Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (intern, recent graduate, or degree holder). • Minimum 6 months of experience in construction or site supervision (preferred). • Ability to lead personnel and coordinate field activities. • Basic knowledge of blueprint interpretation. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite (preferred). • Willingness to work on-site. • Leadership, initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work toward objectives. • Valid driver's license (preferred).
