Job Summary: FRIALSA is seeking stock pickers to perform order picking, product location and placement, quantity verification, and incident reporting in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product assortment and location 2. Pallet arrangement and relocation 3. Inventory validation FRIALSA IS HIRING STOCK PICKERS Position open to both men and women. WE OFFER: • Monthly salary of $10,380 • $1,250 in grocery vouchers • Attendance and punctuality bonus of $715 • Life insurance • 9% savings fund contribution REFERRAL BONUS: • Earn up to $4,000 per referred person (deferred) RESPONSIBILITIES: • Picking orders according to shipping orders or picking lists • Locating products by code, batch number, and expiration date • Arranging and relocating pallets within the warehouse • Verifying quantities, packaging formats, and product condition • Reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor • Manual scanning of merchandise • Proper stacking of products on pallets ROTATING SHIFTS: • Day shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM • Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday • Night shift: 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM / 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Friday Transportation is available exclusively for the night shift from the municipal plaza of Tepeji.
