Identification of improvements in operational and control processes **Liquid CEDIS Coordinator** **Job Objective** Coordinate and ensure efficient control of Liquid CEDIS operations through proper inventory, shipment, product receipt, and dispatch management, guaranteeing the reliability of operational information, achievement of performance indicators, and continuity of logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the recording and control of merchandise receipts and dispatches. * Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and management under the FIFO methodology. * Monitor and control scheduled shipments and deliveries. * Generate strategic reports on inventories, shipments, incidents, and operational findings. * Maintain documentary and administrative control of CEDIS operations. * Monitor compliance with operational and logistical performance indicators. * Coordinate communication and follow-up with operational areas, warehouse, and logistics to ensure service efficiency. * Identify areas for improvement in operational and control processes. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Industrial Engineering * Logistics Engineering * Related degree **Essential Knowledge** * Warehouse administration and control * Inventory planning and control * Logistics coordination and delivery route management * Proficiency in WMS / ERP systems * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Preparation of operational reports and performance indicators **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Strong results orientation * Organization and control * Analytical ability * Effective communication * Teamwork * Proactivity and sense of urgency **We Offer** * $20,000 \- $22,000 * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company * Professional development and job stability At Grupo Ginez, we seek operational leaders capable of ensuring order, control, and efficiency in our logistics operations, directly contributing to business performance and growth.
