Opportunity for growth and an excellent work environment **Job Description:** A bakery currently undergoing opening is seeking an experienced baker for sweet and/or savory bread production, committed to quality, order, and adherence to production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare doughs, mixtures, and ferments according to established recipes. * Operate bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, mixers, etc.). * Monitor fermentation, baking, and cooling times. * Verify the quality of raw materials prior to use. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Control waste and optimize input usage. * Assist with raw material inventory management. * Meet the daily production schedule. * Report equipment malfunctions or process incidents. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker * Knowledge of baking techniques * Proficiency in operating ovens and bakery machinery * Basic hygiene standards (NOM\-251\-SSA1\-2009 preferred) * Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented * Basic inventory control skills * Flexible availability **Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Organization * Responsibility * Ability to work under pressure * Proactivity **We Offer:** * Salary of **$9,000 to $12,000 per month**, based on experience * Job stability * Opportunity for growth * Excellent work environment **Position Type:** Full-time **Interested Candidates:** Apply through this platform or send a message to schedule an interview.
