




Position Summary: We are seeking a Projects and Services Coordinator to bridge engineers, customers, and operations—managing activities, customer service, and service promotion. Key Highlights: 1. Travel coordination, personnel follow-up, and administrative management. 2. Customer service and follow-up, service quotation, and promotion. 3. This opportunity is for you. **What will you do?** You will serve as the key liaison among our field engineers, customers, and operations: * Coordinate travel (flights, accommodation, per diems) * Conduct daily follow-up on personnel assigned to projects * Manage invoices, reimbursements, and requisitions * Provide customer service and follow-up * Quote and promote project-based services * Support sales closing **We are looking for someone who:** * Can organize and track multiple activities * Has excellent communication skills * Is solution-oriented and proactive * Is results-focused **Key Requirements** * Advanced English **(conversational)** * Willingness and ability to travel * Valid visa * Experience in coordination, logistics, or customer service (1–3 years) * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
