This opportunity is for you. **What will you do?** You will serve as the key liaison between our field engineers, customers, and operations: * Coordinate travel (flights, accommodation, per diems) * Conduct daily personnel follow-up on projects * Manage invoices, reimbursements, and requirements * Attend to and follow up with customers * Prepare quotations and promote project services * Support sales closing **We are looking for someone who:** * Can organize and track multiple activities * Has excellent communication skills * Is solution-oriented and proactive * Is results-focused **Key Requirements** * Advanced English **(conversational)** * Willingness to travel * Visa * Experience in coordination, logistics, or customer service (1–3 years) * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
