




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination and supervision of construction activities on site. 2. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. 3. Providing guidance and training to workers, evaluating team performance. Coordinate all construction activities at the worksite. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. Ensure construction work complies with quality standards and applicable regulations. Identify and correct defects or deviations in construction. Ensure all workers comply with occupational health and safety regulations. Participate in project planning and progress review meetings. Prepare periodic project progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager. Provide workers with guidance and training on construction techniques and procedures.
