Ability to work with metrics and reporting **INDE Mexico**, a developer with presence in Jalisco and Los Cabos, is seeking a ***Digital Advertising Executive*** **Position Objective** Execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google based on guidelines defined by the Commercial Intelligence and/or Marketing Management team, focusing on lead generation and lead quality, as well as achieving lead, appointment, and visit targets per development. **Responsibilities** Launch campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads based on pre-defined strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy, budgets, and guidelines. Conduct daily performance tracking of active campaigns. Implement operational adjustments to campaigns as directed by the responsible department. Monitor key metrics such as leads, appointments, visits, cost per lead, reach, clicks, CTR, and overall campaign behavior. Track lead quality, considering their progression through the sales funnel. Generate periodic reports using company-defined KPIs. Maintain organization and control over naming conventions, campaign structures, audience segmentation, and budgets. Identify performance deviations and promptly alert the responsible department. Ensure ads remain active, properly segmented, and aligned with each development’s objectives. Track and monitor results per development. **Desired Profile** Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Primarily operational profile, oriented toward execution and monitoring. Focus on lead generation and prospect quality—not just volume. Ability to work with metrics, reporting, and performance tracking. Organization, attention to detail, and timely follow-up. Ability to implement changes quickly and accurately. Capacity to work under performance objectives and monthly targets.
