Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the timely recording, control, and payment of obligations to suppliers, while validating invoices and complying with internal and tax policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of supplier payments and reconciliations. 2. Support in the accounting closing process. 3. Professional development in accounting and finance. Ensure timely recording, control, and payment of obligations to suppliers, guaranteeing accurate invoice validation and compliance with internal and tax regulations. * Receive, review, and validate supplier invoices. * Schedule payments for authorization. * Monitor due dates and maintain balance control. * Reconcile supplier account statements. * Address supplier inquiries or clarifications. * Support in the accounting closing process. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting departments. * Accounts payable processes. * Electronic invoicing systems. * Basic tax regulations. * Reconciliations. * Intermediate Excel (tables, formulas). * Accounting systems (SAP or others). * Organization and control. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Time and priority management. * Results-oriented mindset. * Adherence to regulations. * Numerical analysis. * Proactivity. * Payments made on time. * Discrepancies identified during reconciliations.
