Value teamwork, proactivity, and responsibility A global leader in the development and engineering of electronic technologies and solutions for consumers in residential, non-residential, mobility, and personal applications is seeking personnel to fill the position of: ***Building Maintenance Technician*** **Responsibilities:** * General repairs (plumbing, painting, flooring, partitions, etc.) * HVAC installations * Installation and remodeling of drywall walls * Drainage recordkeeping **Desirable Attributes:** * Teamwork * Proactive * Responsible **Requirements:** * 1\-2 years as a Building Maintenance Technician * Experience in electrical installations, HVAC equipment, and compressed air systems **Schedule (Rotating Shifts):** T1: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 a.m.\-6:00 p.m. T2: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. T3: Saturday to Monday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Location:** Escobedo, NL ***Statutory Benefits \+ Additional Benefits*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
