Mission Coordinate and manage the execution of authorized CAPEX for Operations and Production Processes at Beverage Plants in Mexico, in accordance with AC and TCCC guidelines, to ensure achievement of objectives, strategies, initiatives, and activities required for this position, aligned with the requirements of the SCCC (Coca\-Cola Quality System) governing ARCA CONTINENTAL and its subsidiaries, aiming to be the market-leading brand. Responsibilities * **Identify, Analyze, and Communicate** opportunities for implementing cost-minimization and productivity-improvement plans through detailed process analysis. * **Design, Evaluate, and Manage** Industrial PLP/CAPEX equipment proposals for Plants based on updated quotations, prioritizing previously identified needs and operational area projects. * **Manage and Ensure** optimal execution of authorized Industrial CAPEX projects across all phases of AC’s project methodology, safeguarding allocated investments. * **Ensure, Monitor, and Control** manufacturing budget and requirements through sound engineering design, as well as mandatory AC, TCCC, and legal requirements. * **Analyze, Monitor, and Verify** estimated and expected benefits during the post-mortem period for authorized CAPEX projects to validate quantitatively estimated benefits outlined in the Business Case, also applied to process improvements, via analysis of daily reports and failure logs to enhance production indicators. * **Analyze and Develop** suppliers through material efficiency testing for replacement and enhancement of existing materials. Requirements * University Degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Administration, or related field. (Certified) * Intermediate English. * Experience in Projects, Engineering, Production, or Administration.
