Support audits and maintain control over financial documentation. **ThinkBeyond Corporate** At **ThinkBeyond Corporate**, we are looking for a **Treasury Analyst** with an analytical mindset and strong sense of responsibility to contribute to the efficient control of the company’s financial resources. **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field**. * **Preferred**: Master’s degree or diplomas in **Corporate Finance or Treasury**. * **3 to 7 years** of experience in: * Treasury * Accounts Payable * Corporate Banking * Corporate Finance **Job Objective** To efficiently manage **cash flow**, ensuring timely fulfillment of financial obligations and appropriate administration of resources, aligned with internal policies and applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Schedule and control **payments to suppliers**. * Administer and monitor **budgets**. * Record and apply **customer and supplier payments**. * Review and validate **invoices** prior to registration. * Control **advances and perform bank reconciliations**. * Prepare **cash flow reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)**. * Administer and monitor **bank accounts**. * Coordinate with the **procurement department** for purchase order validation. * Supervise compliance with **accounts payable policies**. * Support **internal and external audits**. * Maintain control over **financial and tax documentation**. * Manage recurring payments: **utilities, taxes, payroll, etc.** **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $17,000 MXN (take-home pay) * **Bi-weekly payments** * **Statutory benefits** * **Job stability** **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** If this position interests you, please apply and we will contact you as soon as possible.
