Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage payroll, personnel files, attendance incidents, and labor termination processes, with a focus on staff well-being. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end payroll and pre-payroll management using Nomipaq. 2. Management of personnel files and labor termination processes. 3. Attention to and follow-up on staff needs. **Location:** Col. 05 de Mayo **Position Type:** Full-time, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **Work Modality:** On-site Main Responsibilities * Preparation and control of pre-payroll and payroll (Nomipaq). * Control and management of attendance incidents, vacations, medical leaves, and absenteeism. * Administration of active personnel and former employees' files. * Management of severance settlements and labor termination processes. * Renewal and safekeeping of employment contracts. * Weekly reports on attendance, leave requests, and occupational risks. * Control and follow-up of uniforms, PPE, and tools. * Registration of new hires in the time clock system. * Attention to and follow-up on staff needs. * Coordination with Accounting and plant supervisors for HR administrative processes. Requirements * Completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector. * Proficiency in payroll ERP systems (Nomipaq). * Knowledge of labor legislation (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Occupational Safety and Health, Training). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
