Focus on financial analysis and internal audits **CONSIS RH is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Colonia Morelos \- Guadalajara, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- METAL-MECHANICAL COMPANY SEEKING ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Bank reconciliations** * **Recording of journal entries, income and expense entries** * Calculation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns * Handling procedures on SAT, IMSS, Fonacot, and payroll tax portals. * SUA calculation * Submission of electronic accounting records * **Tax calculation** * DIOT submission * Invoicing * **Contpaqi journal entry generation** * **Use of Contabilizador and ADD** * **Financial analysis** * **Internal audits** * **Tax handling** * **Payroll** REQUIREMENTS: Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Professional license **1–2 years of experience with Contpaqi, Contabilizador, and ADD required** **Proficiency in Odoo software** Intermediate Office suite skills Knowledge of Contpaq journal entries.
