




Job Summary: We are seeking an Organizational Development Assistant to support document management, KPI tracking, training, and recruitment within a growing company. Key Highlights: 1. KPI tracking and report preparation A growing company is looking for an Organizational Development Assistant to join its team. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. * Basic professional writing skills. * Document control. * Fundamentals of Organizational Development or performance management. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Controlling and organizing institutional documents (files, versions, and records). * Formatting and updating documents according to established guidelines. * Distributing current documents and ensuring proof of delivery and receipt. * Tracking KPIs and departmental reports. * Supporting training, onboarding, and recruitment activities. * Preparing reports and safeguarding confidential information. SALARY: $10,000 MXN net per month initially (adjusted after 3 months based on performance). WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits. * Weekly salary payment. * Net salary. * Life insurance.
