End-to-end supply chain management A construction-sector company is looking for a **Procurement Officer** with experience in material procurement, supplier negotiation, and supply control for construction projects. We seek an organized, analytical individual with **advanced English proficiency** for communication with domestic and international suppliers. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Commerce, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the construction sector. * Advanced English proficiency required (spoken and written). * Experience negotiating with suppliers and controlling costs. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Knowledge of construction materials and processes. * Flexible working hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * · Define procurement strategies. * · Receive, analyze, and evaluate purchase requisitions. * · Classify requisitions by supplier and type of supply. * · Execute quotation processes. * · Review purchase orders. * · Monitor and manage delivery and supply schedules. * · Coordinate logistics for on-site material delivery. * · Evaluate supplier performance (e.g., shortages, delays, delivery errors). * · Notify supervisor of changes or modifications to authorizations. * · Control and evaluate inventory to avoid overspending or unnecessary purchases. * · Manage tool and equipment inventory, including on-site location tracking. * · Prepare and review quantity takeoffs provided by supervisors. Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
