GENERAL FUNCTION: Fill required vacancies through human resources planning by performing recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities, recognizing each candidate’s characteristics, skills, abilities, and competencies, and identifying the most qualified prospect to fill the vacancy. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: 1\. Receive vacancy opening requests and manage them to prioritize the most urgent ones for filling. 2\. Promote the vacancy across various job boards, social media platforms, and institutions authorized by the Human Resources Manager, using the job description specifications provided by the Manager for the vacancy to be filled. 3\. Receive and analyze resumes of prospects, and schedule interviews with the most viable candidates for available vacancies.
