Grupo Andrade, a leader in the automotive sector, is looking for a **Warehouse Manager** with experience in inventory control, logistics, and automotive warehouse operations, capable of ensuring proper parts flow to the workshop and maintaining an efficient and organized operation. What will you do? * Coordinate parts receiving, storage, and dispatch. * Supervise proper material replenishment to the workshop. * Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts. * Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies. * Coordinate optimal stock levels with the purchasing department. * Supervise quality and validation of received goods. * Implement warehouse organization and control strategies. * Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for turnover, shrinkage, and operational efficiency. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse. Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or automotive parts operations. * Experience supervising operational staff. * Knowledge of inventory management and stock control. * Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and sense of urgency. * Prior experience in automotive workshops or dealerships is desirable.
