Experience in NPI projects and automotive industry IATF Job Description and Responsibilities: Provide technical support in preparing quotations and cost engineering for new customers and projects. Support compliance with technical and quality requirements from development through to production. Collaborate with various departments (design, quality, procurement, manufacturing) to ensure efficient product transition into production. Report project progress for NPI initiatives to the immediate supervisor, prioritizing achievement of established objectives. Experience and Requirements: * Experience managing projects \- NPI. * Experience in the automotive industry \- IATF standard. * Experience in PPAP documentation / use of Core Tools / pilot runs. * Desired: Experience in processes related to the company (rubber molding, extrusion, rotational molding). * English 80% — spoken and written. * Strong communication skills. * Lean / Six Sigma tools.
