Job Summary: We are seeking an NPI Project Engineer to provide technical support in quotations, cost engineering, and ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements from development through to production. Opportunity to apply knowledge in the automotive industry. Job Description and Responsibilities: Provide technical support in preparing quotations and cost engineering for new customers and projects. Support compliance with technical and quality requirements from development through to production. Collaborate with various departments (design, quality, procurement, manufacturing) to ensure efficient product transition into production. Report project progress on NPI initiatives to the immediate supervisor, prioritizing achievement of established objectives. Experience and Requirements: * Experience managing NPI projects. * Experience in the automotive industry — IATF standards. * Experience with PPAP documentation / Core Tools application / pilot runs. * Desired: Experience in processes related to the company (rubber molding, extrusion, rotational molding). * English proficiency: 80% — spoken and written. * Strong communication skills. * Lean / Six Sigma tools.
