Contributes to redefining the aerospace industry. **Date Posted:** 2026\-03\-10**Country:** Mexico**Location:** MX\-BCN\-MEXICALI\-496 \~ Calzada Manuel Gomez Morin \#3200 \~ CALZADA**Position Role Type:** Unspecified**Job Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Maintains order and cleanliness within the area’s facilities by supervising and participating in cleaning activities with staff. * Knows and promotes company policies and rules, communicating them to staff to ensure compliance. * Demonstrates respectful and disciplined conduct, adhering to company-established standards. * Assigns necessary personnel to manufacturing processes, placing them according to training, ergonomics, required skills per station, and production plans. * Monitors the production plan and assigns work during the shift, ensuring staff always have tasks and maximizing cell efficiency. * Ensures staff perform operations in accordance with work instructions. * Supervises manufacturing lines by participating in problem resolution, facilitating staff work, escalating issues beyond their scope to the responsible department for prompt resolution, and simultaneously notifying their immediate supervisor. * Ensures staff perform activities following established safety rules; immediately addresses any unsafe condition posing risk to employee safety. * Follow-up on FAI assemblies (if applicable). * Leads shift start-up meetings and daily communication with the work team. **Essential Requirements:** * Completed high school or incomplete university degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading production cells; preferably with experience in electronic panel manufacturing. * Personnel management skills. * Prior experience in managing and executing production plans. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Basic computer skills. * Availability to change shifts as required by department needs. **Please note our location: Manuel Gomez Morin \#3200 Col.
