Description and Details of Responsibilities Execute and lead activities related to new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing process development, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, established timelines, and organizational financial objectives. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Execute new product introduction (NPI) processes. * Review and analyze customer technical requirements. * Coordinate kick-off and handover meetings for new projects. * Ensure proper execution and documentation of qualification tests and qualification packages. * Procurement, testing, and release of tooling. * Generation and documentation of manufacturing instructions. * Evaluate and optimize existing production processes. * Implement improvements focused on optimization, flow, and cost reduction. * Manage corrective, preventive, and reactive actions. * Ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory specifications. Experience and Requirements **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (degree required). **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in manufacturing engineering or new product introduction. * Experience in the aerospace industry. * Experience in process development. **Technical Knowledge:** * NPI and process development. * CAD software (Unigraphics, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar). * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Microsoft Project. * Minitab (basic). * Statistical analysis and problem solving. * Project management. **Language:** Advanced English (ability to conduct technical conversations and prepare executive reports).
