Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor and support institutional systems, collaborate on system integration and interoperability, perform maintenance, analyze improvements, and manage databases. Key Highlights: 1. Development and implementation of technological solutions. 2. Database management and analysis, including creation of SQL statements. 3. Collaboration in system integration and interoperability. Monitoring of activities and support for various institutional systems. Additionally, closely collaborates with other teams to ensure system integration and interoperability. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Research, analyze, develop, and implement solutions. * Perform software and application maintenance and updates. * Analyze administrative process improvements and their implementation in systems. * Database management and analysis. * Creation of SQL statements. * Support in Excel spreadsheets and reporting. * Documentation creation for various systems. * User manuals. * Flowcharts. * Requirements gathering. * Administrative support for online pre-enrollment. * Updating information and data review. * Updating and creating the PWC catalog. * Academic calendar. * Verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical skills. * Teamwork skills. * Time management and prioritization skills. Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT-related discipline.
