We invite you to join our challenge as: HSSE Technical Assistant **OBJECTIVE**: Provide technical support to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department through continuous administration and updating of safety systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Maintain the incident, observation, and security reporting database up to date on the designated platform. Verify correct information upload by users and follow up on incomplete or inconsistent records. Generate periodic security performance indicator (KPI) reports from the platform. Support basic user training on platform usage. Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure traceability of reports and timely closure of actions. Propose improvements in platform usage to optimize the reporting system’s efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS**: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, information technology, engineering, or related disciplines. Proficiency in digital data or reporting management platforms (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, HSE platforms such as Intelex, Enablon, etc.). Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and office software skills. Basic knowledge of databases or document management systems (preferred).
