




Job Summary: Engineering professional responsible for estimating, quoting, and scheduling naval projects, as well as monitoring their physical and economic progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of estimates and quotations for naval projects. 2. Monitoring of physical and economic progress of projects. 3. Project management in naval manufacturing and repair. Description and details of duties * Prepares project estimates based on client specifications to establish the initial project budget. * Prepares material quotations based on physical surveys to expand the project scope. * Develops the work schedule based on the initial project list to meet commitments established with the client. * Monitors physical and economic progress by comparing estimated versus actual performance to track implementation and maintain control. * Requests project materials based on established specifications to ensure timely material availability. * Quantifies standard project materials based on physical surveys and/or site inspections to support quotation preparation. * Prepares project change orders based on material and/or service quantification to develop quotations for project scope expansion. Experience and Requirements * Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. * 4 years of experience (mandatory). * Cost estimation for naval repair and manufacturing. * Project management. * Planning. * Technical Naval English (mandatory). * Advanced Office skills. * Project administration. * Position requires working in Ensenada, Baja California.
