




Job Summary: This role involves preparing estimates, quotations, and work schedules; monitoring the progress of naval projects; and managing materials and change orders. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive naval project management, from estimation to monitoring. 2. Preparation of budgets and quotations for naval repair projects. 3. Collaboration in project expansion through change orders. Description and details of responsibilities * Prepares project estimates based on customer specifications to establish the initial project budget. * Prepares material quotations based on physical surveys to expand the project scope. * Develops the work schedule based on the project’s initial list to meet commitments established with the customer. * Monitors physical and financial progress by comparing estimated vs. actual performance to track implementation and maintain control. * Requests project materials based on established specifications to ensure timely material availability. * Quantifies standard project materials based on physical surveys and/or site inspections for quotation purposes. * Prepares project change orders based on material and/or service quantification to develop quotations for project expansion. Experience and Requirements * Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum 4 years of experience (mandatory). * Cost estimation experience in naval repair and fabrication. * Project management. * Planning. * Technical naval English (mandatory). * Advanced Office skills. * Project administration. * Must be willing to work in Ensenada, Baja California.
