Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist focused on fifth-wheel operators to handle recruitment, regulatory compliance, administration, and personnel retention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the recruitment and selection of fifth-wheel B1 operators. 2. Ensure regulatory and administrative compliance of personnel. 3. Implement retention strategies for operational talent. At Zinergia, we are a group of companies composed of professional individuals aligned with our corporate mission and vision; their commitment is the driving force propelling our continued growth within the freight transportation industry. **WE ARE SEEKING A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST FOCUSED ON FIFTH-WHEEL B1 OPERATORS** **RESPONSIBILITIES**: *Recruitment and Selection of Operators*: * Post job openings in the field and on digital platforms to attract B1 operators * Conduct interviews and validate work experience * Verify references * Compile personnel files prior to onboarding * Ensure effective onboarding into operations *Regulatory Compliance*: * Verify valid driver's licenses * Validate medical fitness certificates * Track expiration dates * Generate preventive alerts * Ensure FMCSA compliance * Generate preventive alerts * Ensure FMCSA compliance *Personnel Administration*: * Maintain physical and digital personnel files * Manage employment contracts * Process IMSS transactions * Administer INFONAVIT benefits * Manage vacation time *Personnel Retention*: * Conduct follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days * Identify causes of turnover * Address employee grievances * Coordinate with operations * Conduct exit interviews **REQUIREMENTS**: * Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting operators * Experience in transportation/logistics companies * Partial or completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Valid visa and passport **WE OFFER**: * Statutory benefits: * Thirteen-month bonus (15 days) * Savings fund ($100 per week) * Vacation premium (25%) * Statutory vacation days * 100% IMSS contributions * Weekly payroll deposit via Banorte * Food vouchers worth $269 (already included in salary) **WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:30 AM TO 6:00 PM** **SATURDAYS: 8:30 AM TO 1:30 PM** Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * On-site cafeteria service * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
