We are seeking experienced personnel for the position of **OPERATIONS MANAGER** in **EL REFUGIO, TALA MUNICIPALITY**. Joining our team is your best option, as we offer a life and career development plan that ensures economic and job stability, along with opportunities for professional growth within the company. **Objective**: Ensure control over plant inventories and supervise the correct execution of operational procedures to prevent unauthorized gas releases. It is also their responsibility to implement and monitor all safety procedures during operations and at the plant. **Requirements**: * Industrial, Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineer; or Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field * 2–3 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of supervision and coordination in sales processes, personnel management, and safety regulations (STPS, PC, CRE, ASEA, etc.) * Valid driver's license * Willingness to travel **Responsibilities**: * Conduct physical inventory counts at the start and end of operations * Monitor and record plant operations (gas inflows and outflows, cylinder filling, autotank loading, carburation, sales, and gas movements) * Monitor and record operations at carburation stations (gas inflows and outflows, sales) * Liaise with regulatory authorities (STPS, PROFECO, ASEA, CRE, PC) and verification units * Support internal operational audits * Perform LP gas and cylinder (sheet metal) inventory and safeguarding * Other duties as assigned **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $18,000.00 * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM * Life insurance * Savings fund * 100% IMSS contributions * FONACOT Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Free parking * Life insurance Experience: * Operations Manager: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * State-issued driver's license (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
