




Job Summary: Supports the Quality Supervisor in completing logbooks, preparing microbiological materials, and monitoring Critical Control Points and the HACCP plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support to the Quality Supervisor 2. Monitoring of Critical Control Points and HACCP 3. Release of equipment and production lines Quality Assistant \-Assistant to the Quality Supervisor \-Completion of logbooks, forms, etc. \-Receiving of raw materials \-Preparation of microbiological materials \-Cleaning and organization of offices and laboratories (washing of equipment and materials). \-Release of equipment, filling tanks, and production lines. \-Supervision of external and internal pest control traps. \-Compliance with HACCP plan monitoring. \-Monitoring of Critical Control Points. Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FSS 22000.
