Implement Recruitment 4.0 strategies **Full Job Description** **We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong social media expertise!** We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with proven experience, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to attract candidates through digital strategies. **Location:** Emiliano Zapata 244\-A, Tonalá Centro **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the full recruitment process (from sourcing to hiring) * Post and promote job openings on social media (Facebook, groups, job boards, etc.) * Conduct initial interviews and apply effective screening * Implement Recruitment 4\.0 strategies * Provide timely follow-up on candidates and active processes * Generate progress reports, vacancy coverage reports, and metrics (KPIs) * Coordinate with operations to fill vacancies promptly and effectively **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in private security or operational roles) * Social media proficiency for candidate attraction (mandatory) * Practical knowledge of Recruitment 4\.0 * Intermediate-level Office software skills (Excel, Word) * Organized, quick-thinking, and results-focused profile * Clear communication and persuasive skills **What We Offer:** * Salary: $10,000 net \+ productivity bonus * Job stability * Company-provided mobile phone for work-related functions * Dynamic work environment **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Position Type:** Full-time, Indefinite-term **Work Location:** On-site employment Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
