MEP Systems Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in MEP systems supervision in high-rise construction, coordinating contractors and ensuring system functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced knowledge of MEP systems and regulations We seek Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineers. Experience: 5 years in MEP systems supervision in high-rise construction (residential, commercial, and/or hospital projects) **Responsibilities:** * Supervise proper execution of MEP installations * Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and site representatives * Ensure integration and functionality of systems * Review and validate equipment and system testing, commissioning, and startup * Generate technical reports * Identify and resolve interdisciplinary MEP interferences **Technical Knowledge** * Medium- and low-voltage electrical installations and electrical substations. * Hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater systems. * HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, humidity control, and filtration). * Medical gas systems and critical hospital systems. * Fire protection systems, voice and data systems, security systems, CCTV, and access control systems. * Specialized installations: BMS/building automation, Cat6/6A structured cabling, optical fiber, intercom systems, and lightning protection systems. * Interpretation of drawings, standards, and technical specifications (NOM, NEC, NFPA). * Software proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Project, Odoo. **We Offer** Statutory benefits from Day 1.
