We seek committed, responsible individuals with a service-oriented attitude to join us in the following position: **Construction Site Driver** **Position Objective:** Provide support in the safe and timely transportation of personnel, materials, documentation, and resources required for operations, ensuring compliance with routes, internal safety policies, and proper care of the assigned vehicle. **Main Functions and Activities:** * Safe and punctual transportation of personnel, materials, and documentation according to operational needs. * Support in administrative errands, collection and delivery of documentation or supplies. * Daily verification of the general condition of the assigned vehicle (fluid levels, cleanliness, basic mechanical conditions, and valid documentation). * Timely reporting of required preventive or corrective maintenance. * Compliance with traffic regulations, internal safety policies, and operational guidelines. * General support in logistical or auxiliary activities as required by operations. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred). **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as an executive, administrative, construction site, or logistics driver. **License:** Valid driver’s license type **Work Location: Silao, Gto** **Mandatory Requirement: Residency in León, Gto.** **Competencies and Skills:** * Responsibility and commitment * Service orientation * Organization * Sense of urgency * Adherence to guidelines * Teamwork * Effective communication * Appropriate stress management * Proactivity **Knowledge:** * Traffic regulations and safe driving practices * Basic preventive vehicle maintenance * Route planning and local logistics * Documentation control and safeguarding * Basic use of mobile tools / GPS **We Offer:** Competitive salary Statutory benefits Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance after one year of seniority Annual performance bonus **Schedule:** As per operational / project requirements Apply through this channel; if your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you.
