The operator reports to the team leader and Production Supervisor. **Responsibilities:** **Ensure compliance with the production plan for your workstation.** **Execute activities described in your Standardized Work Instruction (SWI).** **Perform activities in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT).** Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the task being performed. Execute production activities in strict adherence to defined standards (quality, production, safety, etc.) and established control processes. Understand and provide feedback to upstream and downstream workstations regarding product defects and conditions. Perform line maintenance and preservation activities as directed by the supervisor.
