




Position Summary: The Paint Production Operator ensures achievement of production goals for their workstation by executing standardized activities and maintaining high quality standards, reporting to their team leader and supervisor. Key Points: 1. Ensure compliance with the workstation production plan. 2. Carry out activities described in the Standardized Work Instruction (SWI). 3. Our engineering and product innovation help keep soldiers and firefighters safe, is critical in building and keeping communities clean and helps people do their jobs every day.** Position Title: Paint Production Operator **Description:** Ensure achievement of defined production area objectives according to the workstation, through adherence to manufacturing-standardized work and maintenance of an inclusive, team-oriented culture, thereby attaining the highest quality levels necessary to meet the company’s critically important goals. The operator reports to the team leader and Production Supervisor. **Responsibilities:** **Ensure compliance with the production plan for their workstation** **Carry out activities described in their Standardized Work Instruction (SWI)** **Perform activities in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT).** Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the task at hand. Execute production activities in strict adherence to defined standards (quality, production, safety, etc.) and established control processes. Understand and provide feedback to upstream and downstream workstations regarding product defects and conditions. Perform line maintenance and preservation activities as directed by the supervisor. Perform required TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). **Ensure their workstation complies with the 5S standard.** **Follow all rules and instructions issued by their team leader and Production Supervisor at all times.** **Authorities:** * Authority to report and/or stop any activity identified as posing a risk to the integrity of any person within the plant—whether employee, contractor, or service provider—and/or to facilities. * Regarding quality, the employee has authority to stop any process and/or work activity identified as posing a risk to product quality and/or customer requirements, whether during their own operation or in upstream or downstream operations. **Basic and Desired Qualifications** * Minimum education required: Junior high school * Minimum required experience: 1 year in the metal-mechanical and/or automotive industry * Availability to rotate shifts * Basic knowledge of paint application * Proficiency in using hand tools * Adherence to work standards * Age: Adult * Gender: Unrestricted * Marital status: Unrestricted
