Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Washer Assistant to join our plant, assisting in washing and sorting screws and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. At CELO, we seek a responsible individual with a proactive attitude and willingness to work on the shop floor, to join as a Washer Assistant (FORGING). EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED **What will you do daily?** * Wash screws coming from stamping, metric threading, and/or any other section requiring it. * Sort washed material by section into designated zones. * Notify the Quality Department upon detecting mixed references or any deviations. * Under the direction of the Production Manager and Workshop Supervisor, prioritize urgent work orders (WOs). * Maintain daily order at your workstation and with your tools. * Transfer job-related information to your relief shift. * Collaborate closely with the Workshop Supervisor to resolve issues related to your position. * Know and comply with established internal regulations, and in all cases, act according to instructions received from superiors and professional trade knowledge. * Propose improvements to increase productivity. **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience in an industrial plant, preferably in washing, forging, or surface treatment processes (desirable). * Basic knowledge of handling metal parts and operating industrial equipment. * Ability to work standing up, perform moderate physical effort, and handle loads (mechanical aids used where appropriate). * Availability to work shifts and/or full-time hours as scheduled by the section. * Responsible attitude, ability to follow procedures, and clear communication with the team. * Desirable training in industrial maintenance, vocational education (FP), or occupational health and safety courses. **What do we offer?** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Company-subsidized cafeteria. * Food support. * Transportation expense assistance. * 30-day Christmas bonus.
